1. About these terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of twelvethirtydigital.com and your purchase of any product from Twelve:Thirty Digital, operated by Urban Stražar s.p. (see our Privacy Policy for full company details).
2. Digital products
All products sold on this site (website templates, Canva template kits, and related digital assets) are digital goods delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped.
3. License
Purchasing a template or kit grants you a license to use it for your own business or a single client project, as described on the product page. Templates may not be resold, redistributed, or repackaged as a template or kit product by you.
4. Refund policy
Templates are digital products, so all sales are final once the template has been transferred to your Wix account. If something doesn't work as described, contact us and we'll make it right.
5. Delivery
Wix templates are delivered manually to the Wix account email you provide at checkout, typically within 24 hours of purchase. Canva kits are delivered via a shared access link, usually immediately or within a short confirmation window.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
